Introducing the Bed Company Wales - this is a tightly knit and friendly team, and they are dedicated to making the best bed possible for you. The team is led by some of the most experienced bed-making craftsmen in the country.

John Badham-Davies (Company Founder) has been working in the bed industry for over 50 years. Beginning his career at 17, he progressed until he was the production manager, works manager and ultimately director of Rest Assured. He then helped to set up the Bed Company Wales and through his work has appeared in the papers on TV and radio.

Glyn George (Company Founder and Head of Design) trained originally as an engineer. He moved into the furniture industry and worked for 15 years at Rest Assured as Works Manager and latterly as Production Manager. It was with the creation of the Bed Company Wales, however, that Glyn found the role he loves today.

Jeff Richards (Production Manager) runs the operations at Bed Company Wales. Jeff originally worked for John and Glyn at Rest Assured before joining Bed Company Wales when it started in 1997. He has great experience, and is totally dedicated to going that extra mile for our clients.
